Being hypnotised is surprisingly normal. In fact you go into hypnotic trances many times a day, watching TV, listening to music even whilst driving!! In your session with me you will experience a very pleasant state of relaxation and you will be in control at all times.

What if I can’t go in to trance?

Don’t worry – there is no right or wrong way to being in a trance. It is a pleasant state which everyone can experience, however it will allow for access to the conscious and subconscious mind, this helps reduce conflict and gives perspective on events in your life.

When in a Hypnotic state (trance) you will be completely aware of the words being spoken to you and the same time able to respond should you have too. You are also able to take yourself out of trance any time you want. Hypnosis is a very powerful technique but be assured is completely safe.
